There are two components in the power we produce. One is pure power and second one is Renewable Energy Certificate tradable on the Exchanges. |

Who will buy RECs? |

The distribution utilities, open access consumers, etc., have Solar Power Purchase Obligations which is set by their respective State Regulator Commissions. For example in Andhra Pradesh it is 0.25% as of now. |

What is the current price of solar REC? |
| |
CERC fixed solar REC band as Rs.9.30-13.40/unit for 2012-2017. |

Do you consider income from REC to calculate the viability of the project? |
| |
No. We sign only bankable PPAs without revenue from RECs. Income from RECs is a bonus. |

Is there any special use of the solar policy of the State Government? |
| |
Not much except required permissions and grid connectivity. |
